Giorgia Bellotti lives in Bologna, Italy, high up in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Since childhood, drawing and painting were the disciplines that she preferred. It was only relatively recently that she discovered photography as an artistic medium. This gave her the impetus to start artistic research focused on herself and her inner universe. Giorgia uses the self-portrait to see herself, heal herself, seek herself, without ever revealing her face.
